1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Levelo, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Zuzelle mobile application (a coloring and mixed-media creative experience), the website at https://zuzelle.app, and related services (the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://zuzelle.app/privacy/. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and age
Zuzelle is a romantic coloring app intended for teens and adults. It is a general-audience product and is not directed to children under 13. You must meet the minimum age required by the app stores and by applicable law in your country to download and use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and supervise your use. That does not mean Zuzelle is designed or marketed as a children’s app, and it does not guarantee that every advertising or online feature is available to younger users. Advertising SDKs (including AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob, when enabled) are age-gated and consent-gated as described in our Privacy Policy. Users below the applicable digital-consent age, or who fail age or consent checks, may receive a restricted experience without those advertising SDKs.
3. License to use Zuzelle
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, and to use the website, solely for your personal, non-commercial creative enjoyment, subject to these Terms and store rules.
You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as allowed by law;
- rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or artwork packages;
- bypass security, entitlement, download, or offline-lease controls;
- use automated systems to scrape content or overload our APIs;
- interfere with other users or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, or infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property and your colorings
Our content. Original illustrations, outlines, region masks, crystal and material layouts, covers, UI, the Zuzelle name and logo, fonts licensed for the product, materials libraries, and related assets are owned by Levelo, Inc. or its licensors. Completing a coloring does not transfer copyright or other ownership in those underlying templates or assets to you.
Your personal use of finished colorings. Subject to these Terms, you may save, export, and share screenshots or exports of your finished colorings for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example sharing with friends or on a personal social profile). You may not redistribute Zuzelle artwork packages, masks, templates, or other source assets, and you may not use finished colorings or Zuzelle content for commercial products, merchandising, or competing apps without our prior written permission.
These Terms do not grant you full copyright ownership in a finished coloring as a standalone work beyond the personal license above. If you need commercial rights, contact contact@zuzelle.app.
5. Free and Premium features
Zuzelle includes free features such as the four starter illustrations, local saving, guided and free coloring modes (as available in your build), and core creative tools. Optional Premium unlocks premium artwork collections, backgrounds/effects, and an uninterrupted creative experience without in-app ads while Premium is active, plus future collections as we release them.
Feature availability may vary by platform, region, and release. We may update content catalogs, migrate definitions carefully, and retire older packages while preserving your local free work where technically feasible.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, taxes, refunds, payment methods, renewal timing, and cancellation cut-offs are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and the disclosures shown in the store at purchase. We use RevenueCat to help verify entitlements.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm purchase (or when a free trial ends, if you are eligible and do not cancel in time).
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your store account settings. Exact renewal and cancellation deadlines, proration, and charging windows follow Apple’s or Google’s then-current rules for your product and region, as shown in the store and in your subscription management screens — not a single global “24-hour” rule in these Terms.
- Trial eligibility is determined by Apple / Google; not every user receives a trial.
- Displayed prices may be localized by the store. Future period prices may change as permitted by store policies; you will be informed as required by law and platform rules.
7. Managing, canceling, and restoring
- Cancel: manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore: use Restore Purchases in the app to re-link store purchases to your current installation where supported.
- Refunds: request refunds from Apple or Google according to their policies.
- Expiration: when Premium ends, Premium-gated access ends as described in Section 8; your free starter projects generally remain on device.
8. Offline access and downloads
Access works in three layers:
- Four starter illustrations are always available offline as bundled content. You do not need a network connection to open or continue coloring them once the app is installed.
- Advertisement unlocks (when ads are enabled and lawfully offered) grant permanent access to the unlocked illustration for that anonymous installation / profile, subject to these Terms and anti-abuse controls.
- Premium artwork and Premium packages are available while your Premium entitlement is active. You may download them for offline use during an active subscription. After Premium expires or is canceled and the paid period ends, previously downloaded Premium files may remain on the device for storage reasons, but access to open or continue those Premium illustrations is blocked until entitlement is restored.
Premium offline lease. Verifying Premium may require a periodic internet connection. Our planned model is an approximately 24-hour offline lease: after a successful online entitlement check, Premium access may continue offline for a limited window (on the order of 24 hours) before the app needs to re-validate online. If validation cannot be completed when the lease ends, Premium-gated content stays blocked until the next successful check. Network outages, device storage limits, or expired download authorizations can also restrict new downloads even if catalog metadata was previously visible.
9. Updates and changes
We may update the Services, artwork definitions, and these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in-app or on the website.
Published content hashes and catalog revisions are managed carefully; breaking changes may require migration rather than silent alteration of an already published definition.
10. Advertising
Free experiences may include advertisements (including rewarded ads) delivered through AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob where enabled, and only subject to age and consent gates in our Privacy Policy.
An active Premium subscription removes in-app advertisements from the Zuzelle experience. Ad partners’ terms and privacy practices also apply when ads are shown.
11. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions (including parts of the EEA) do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, this section applies only to the extent permitted.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVELO, INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Levelo, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. This section does not require you to indemnify us where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
14. Apple and Google store terms
Apple. If you download Zuzelle from the App Store, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies between you and Apple for the licensed application. These Terms are supplemental service terms between you and Levelo, Inc. for use of Zuzelle’s content, Premium, advertising unlocks, and related online features. In case of conflict on topics covered by Apple’s Standard EULA (including the scope of the App Store license, Apple’s role regarding maintenance and support, warranty, and third-party claims), Apple’s Standard EULA controls for those Apple-mandated topics. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA.
Google. Google Play terms apply for Android downloads. These Terms are between you and Levelo, Inc., not Google, except where Google’s terms expressly apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
